shuttle that i ordered did not turn up

did not eat breakfast. however, the coffee was great,

they were also pet-friendly, which was

really liked the continental breakfast

the shuttle bus parked right in front of the door. had to walk luggage from parking lot.

additionally, it stated it had airport shuttle that wasn t true either

no airport shuttle service even though that was listed on the website, had to take an uber

i called them six days before our stay, to arrange for an airport shuttle

the hotel was close to some restaurants, and they offered a free airport shuttle

description stated that it was located next to the airport and that it had a shuttle

purposefully stayed at this hotel because it said in the website that there was an airport shuttle

i made the reservation via booking but when i called the hotel, they told me that the airport shuttle service

it says airport shuttle but you cannot leave your car at the hotel and catch the shuttle

was picked up in the shuttle from the airport pretty promptly after arriving

bagged breakfast was a bit lacking (because of the covid-19 situation no breakfast served) with two small

cons pool closed, dogs barking all night from rooms across from us, dogs using bathroom in lobby,

were in a pet room and there seemed to be pet hair from previous guests' fur babies that wasn't thoroughly

stay there to eat drink and shuttle to the airport

front desk staff , smell at the gym, mattress and bed not comfortable

kids enjoyed the pool

my son loved the free wifi

pool is closed but i understand why

the shuttle service was very helpful and the shuttle driver was very friendly and professional

site advertises room service

pool was not open for the kids

wish we would have known the pool would be closed especially staying 3 days with small child.

shuttle driver on pickup didn t know where to pick us up at airport then acted like it was our

booking was listed the free shuttle from airport and breakfast included

relatively new; only selected because of indoor pool with my kids.

hotel was clean and well-kept, with comfortable beds and plenty of parking
