staff were lovely and arranged the hotel shuttle to take us up to the theatre and back - twice

staff could be a bit more friendly and a shuttle bus service would be nice as getting a taxi was like asking

we travelled to pitlochry to go to the enchanted forest and the shuttle bus departed from right outside the
