parking available for park and flying with airport shuttle service

i was using the airport shuttle and danielle was very accommodating where i needed to get to and from the

reasonably close to the airport, but the shuttle problems (see below) negate these good points

purposely booked this hotel for the airport shuttle

airport shuttle was very difficult to use

clean, comfort, breakfast. spacious

plenty of parking (free) right out front

breakfast and the room.

gym was nice

secure wi-fi, location (though irrelevant with no shuttle).

no shuttle service do to short staffing. no ice, ice maker in room turned off.

booked this hotel because it had free shuttle to the airport and i had stayed there before

shuttle transportation has to be arranged far in advance, & my relative did that, but no shuttle

also, we requested a shuttle to the airport but we were told they only begin at 7 (which is not on the website
