the swimming pool was open and it was wonderful! breakfast was fantastic, staff was really nice

liked the pets allowed policy& price

the heater was loud, and people parking their semi trucks outside our door was even louder

they accommodated my request for first floor (no elevator) and have a good breakfast

being pet friendly was a big plus

number one there was supposed to be a shuttle

no shuttle!!!

advertise having a shuttle from the airport and when i got to the airport i was stranded at midnight

enjoy the indoor heated pool. beds were very comfortable. breakfast was delicious

nice facility enjoyed bar and restaurant breakfast was very good

didn’t feel there was places i could walk to, but they had had shuttle services so not all bad

great staff - friendly and accommodating, helpful. their shuttle is flexible and prompt.

she came up got it on and said pedro would be right up and he did, your advertisement offered a shuttle bus,

also there was no transportation to and from the airport as promised, i was told the shuttle was out of commission

i only wish the restaurant, room service, and bar could be open but understand it could not be due to covid

the bar staff was very friendly and accommodating!!
