rooms & beds are nice. night staff great, shuttle service on time, but van had many issues.

we were stood up by our taxi and the staff went out of their way to arrange a shuttle
shuttle only runs 8am-9pm. i had a 7am flight
wasn’t aware their shuttle service to the airport did not start till 8 am, but they would get you a taxi
they made sure there was a shuttle bus available to take me to the airport
