beautiful property! friendly staff. convenient shuttle bus to mall and restaurants
to have a shuttle available to take us to the shopping areas
details about the shuttle were a bit confusing and while we knew that the resort entrance was where to go for
the shuttle to the rim and shops was an awesome perk we took advantage of a few times during our stay

did not have shuttle service as advertised
breakfast was good takeout only because the covid the lady in charge was super sweet and
horrible, we found 2 roaches in our room, the pullout bed was so unbelievably uncomfortable my kids ended up
the rooms, breakfast, pool, and social hours (happy hour)
the pet area was super unsafe. broken glass and cigarette butts everywhere.
