hotel was advertised to have an airport shuttle

shuttle service to and from airport, but they did not have a car seat for my 1 year old grandson

booked for the airport shuttle and van broken.

security was great and lights out side lit up parking lot

when i got to the room the hotel is dirty and the non-smoking room smell like smoke

door in our room needed fixing, public restroom near breakfast area was filthy, and there was no shuttle to or
