several requests for a shuttle to the start of the race were ignored

staff was friendly, place was clean, loved the pool!

the restaurant was awful room service was unprofessional and the menu was mismatched between room listings and

no parking if you returned late. too many non hotel parking

parking was easy despite the large number of people in the hotel

the location was great and valet parking and shuttle to campus was awesome!

free shuttle to wherever you want to go as well as pick up

shuttle service to train station needs a lot of work

full service breakfast; comfortable, cloud-like bed; lovely and clean bathroom; valet shuttle service to bus

the shuttle was a major plus

the room service menu in the room was wrong and there actually wasn t a kids menu available

hotel bar was available along with an indoor pool and hot tub

we were traveling across country with 4 kids and they only had the pool to look forward to at the end of the

very comfortable room, nice amenities, kids loved the pool!
