poolside billing charging guest accounts multiple times.

great location and property. service was excellent. amenities and spa were amazing.

the doors are so high up from the floor ,i could hear everything in the hallway including kids slamming doors

good gym and indoor pool area (although a bit hot for indoor pool)

beds were comfortable and breakfast and laundry facilities awesome

room service, which is makes the experience terrible when you are traveling with family and eating

just noisy kids outside our room but it was resolved once i informed the front desk.
