issue was the wifi was down for 3 days of our 4 day stay, but that was unfortunate bad timing

it can hear pub noises, but my kids i my wife (who don't like any noises at night) sleep well.

polite friendly and helpful service, very clean room, secure parking

locality, great staff, good food, good free parking

breakfast was delicious
