staff was friendly. rooms clean. the shuttle service to and from the airport was great.
the breakfast buffet was a little lacking and very messy

airport shuttle series provided as promised by the ftont dedk and advertised as an amenities
they said they had an airport shuttle but apparently they didn't have anyone to come get me from the airport
shuttle after 8 or 9 at night
availability to shuttle transportation when i arrived at the airport @ approximately 9 pm was so appreciated
transportation shuttle bus driver very friendly as well

we enjoyed having a separate living area with a tv and a full-sized kitchen
they were pet friendly then new manger informed me they were pet friendly for 20
pool closed, but that was understandable due to covid-19 restrictions
i was happy that they are pet friendly

refused to send the shuttle to the airport to pick us up had to rent taxi s instead
all of the staff, especially the maintenance/shuttle guy and the server at the restaurant
laundry facilities came in handy after being caught in the rain on a motorcycle
laundry only in the main floor, i stayed on the 7th
we had dinner and breakfast there for convenience sake and were not let down
