the kitchen set-up is quite substantial, though we didn't use it this time

time we left i lost my parking spot my husband can't walk very far and we used the side door as it was closed

breakfast could have more options.

put up the request way before hand, nontheless had to call again for the shuttle to be sent

the use of your shuttle. i'm traveling with my handicap sister.

i didn't need it, but they had a free shuttle

was not quite convenient for my needs since it was not close to the airport, but the free airport shuttle made

the location of the hotel was close to everything even walking distance and the shuttle service would run you

shuttle doesn t run until 7am

front desk clerk very helpful,. shuttle driver very informative.

i liked the shuttle being able to take you places within 3 miles..

staff were amazing and made sure we had a shuttle available at midnight due to our plane landing later

clean. breakfast buffet was a hit with the kids. lots of variety.

the pool was very dirt to me, disappointed with that part.

no umbrellas by pool but maintenance eventually brought 1 out for us

what i liked the most is that their main breakfast dish changes each day

primary reason we stayed here was to have the shuttle take us to the airport since we had an early morning flight

such as weddings there,( which they should) then they need to address the need for overflow parking

the front desk looks handled the bar and multiple other duties

the facility is excellent, good location, shuttle service was great, food and happy hour were outstanding

i enjoyed the basketball court. and the complimentary breakfast was outstanding.

maybe the wifi. like most hotels, the speed was slow. the treadmills were both out of order.

the parking is limited, however, due to the military presence, not the hotel's fault.
