the hotel offers free shuttle from the airport to the hotel (and vice versa) and this was a great service
the room service menu be a bit larger and more varied
we had booked our stay with breakfast only and still took advantage of their great restaurants on various

pool is cold and not clean
pool service needs some attention
food was amazing, the spa was great
it was lovely to use the pool on the roof at the end of the day
the indoor pool was also a delight to swim in
