safety measures to prevent covid-19 transmission, you can do everything on your phone (tv guide, room service menu, restaurant menu, etc), there's limited seating at the restaurant to prevent from (-)i had to call room service multiple times to get ice. it took them about an hour to deliver it. (+) room service was delicious as well (-)bad experience with room service. (-) food from room service was not very good (-) plus, room service never responded and i had to follow up for 2+ hours to get a bucket of ice and water (-) , the taxi for going outside never shows up room service brings the order with one hour delay to end the story cost of services double the cost

the time of arrival to the hotel, parking to check in, to arrival in the room and checkout it was an outstanding experience the

pool area was the only thing that my wife and i did not like is that we had to pay for a pool party

additionally, the on-site beauty spa was outstanding and added great value to the experience

it was extremely hard to find a parking space and the concert was too loud
