the reason is they are short of staff for room service
had no ice because machine is out of service i called room service and front desk lot of times no one
i was transfered 3 times when trying to order room service and told me
did not do room service

there is a good-sized pool and outdoor seating area
really nice gym with a lot of weights and a few machines, plus many cardio options
nice pool and hotel bar with good food and draft beer
only the noise from the pool, but that ended at 9:00 p.m.

didn't like that we stayed for 4th of july and the pool was closed the whole time due to it being just cleaned and the chemicals etc
i liked the mini kitchen and the private bedroom.
