had a large pool but no hot tub

called two days prior to arrival to inquire about the pool

after a long travel day, a glass of wine at the bar was a treat

the beds and staff were great. the airport shuttle was great

very nice, very clean. shuttle service 24/7.

was exceptionally good with a daily omelette and waffle bar with lots of choices

she said we had to request room service and she would make a work order for shower

the room service was good.

were there 4 nights and for two days we had to fend for ourselves no room service, felt like we didn't belong

there was half of the parking blocked off so not enough parking spaces

i was approached by someone asking for money in parking lot at night

just being able to order room service staff is nice
