room service meet our request for extra pillow in timely manner

they have kitchen appliances avail like toasters ovens, crock pot, and a few other items

we were finally given a room and told room service was only available upon request or every 3 days

petty as this sounds i booked it straight from a stat in icu, it said room service which would have helped in my condition
