clean facility. excellent room service for a multiple night stay.

food at breakfast, room service set up was great especially after travelling for 10 hours

location, great breakfast, clean bathroom and comfy bed, 24 hour coffee, clean swimming pool and great workout area

the little gym was good and breakfast was pretty good ate there a couple of times

wifi didn't work, too many people @ the hotel, not enough wifi

breakfast was excellent kids eat free aloth not much choice for kids

the pool, gym, room, lobby, everything was gorgeous

there was a weird smell as well as kids running up and down the hallways

she did not tell me about wifi, pool, resturant, room needs, check out time, nothing

no room service on day 2 of stay, had to go to service desk to request towels.

room service was unavailable, but the staff gladly gave us clean trash bags and extra coffees,

daily room service was not an option, but was not an issue for us at all

for it, was told we had to put our dirty towels and garbage outside in the hall if we wanted room service as we were walking out the door for the day and had to go back and do it and still did

just used to a buffet breakfast and that wasn t provided however, room service is available

called for room service and were not kind
