we did not need or use room service

no daily room service and grab and go breakfast, perfect for me

should have had a discounted rate with the pool, gym, and breakfast cancelled due to covid.

the laundry was next door

clean, pleasant staff, plenty of parking

parking and check-in were both super simple, and the staff was so welcoming

everyone was helpful and friendly. breakfast was great!

parking lot was a snowy mess

the parking was awful as construction workers had trailers in half of the spots leaving very few for

there is only one parking spot for trailers.

my kids had to have the windows open at all times so they could breath

maybe another trash can by the kitchen.

staff, clean, has its own small kitchen with necessary accessories

i like the included parking and the kitchen with fridge, cooktop, and microwave

that has a kitchen and i was right downtown and close to my kids school

but once you got to entrance tons of parking and easy in & out

convenient gas station in the same parking lot

staff was friendly, the room was easily accessible from the parking lot, the room was reasonably clean and had all the necessary amenities

i was unable to enjoy the pool because it opened at 10am and check-out was 11:00 instead of noon

the parking is well lit and 24 hour staffing

were very nice the bed a little hard the pool and hot tub super clean and the restaurant had good food for breakfast (not cheap) but (*)staff, clean room, nice pool for the kids (-) the pool is nice sized, but both it and the spa need a little tlc (-)the pool was under construction and they would get loud at times during it. (+)how there was direct access to the elevators from the outside and the pool area was so much fun! (-)no towels in the pool area when we got out of the hot tub. bar closes early. (+)liked the swimming pool and it was in an area of town with lots of things to do (-)check-in we were surprised to be told that the pool was closed

mold in bathroom, beautiful art in rooms and hallway, good breakfast, nice location, functional wifi, nice tv,

loved the pool, hot tub and the firepit with lights

the ice maker on our floor was broken, the pool ladder was loose unsafe to use

the size of the rooms were good. enjoyed the pool and hot tub. location was great

kelly is best breakfast staff member for friendly and professional employee we have seen

the staff is so friendly and the breakfast was amazing!

rooms are clean , noise is minimal, wifi excellent, i am very much satisfied with my stay
