i asked to have room service to empty the cans, and they said they would, but they didn't, and when i returned to
room service after the first night and i was told that they were short staffed when i retrieved

staff could have informed us the pool was open for reservations and there would be a charge for the data service
the elevator was slow so i took th stairs instead. parking can be tricky if it s full.
