due to covid, there was no room service unless asked specifically for certain items like extra towels

atmosphere, decor, excellent food and room service

to complain, but breakfast room service would be nice

each day we stayed i had to request room service

pool would have been nice. air conditioning only in the bedroom

great perks - hot tubs, laundry, nice walking trail on premises

our wifi was strong enough to do a little work in the morning and evening as well

we had some wifi issue initially but it's a mountain area and weather was also bad so that's understandable and

friendly staff , amenities, jacuzzi, laundry and more
