when we ordered room service, we received the wrong food.
it was nice having room service available
the room service food we ordered at night was not the best
requested room service and didnt get it

price was good,room service seemed very nice as well as front desk
our room was handicap accessible which made the shower handicap accessible which is not good for kids very slippery and dangerous

overall thank you this is our hotel go to when traveling to see kids at
seemed a bit outdated. pool was being repaired. pillows needed to ba a little larger

and we tried ordering dessert from room service the night we were there, but it never arrived

during these covid times i was very appreciative of the hotel restaurant, which packages food for room service or for easy pick up
room service was fast
to covid some services were limited, however they did offer room service and the salmon/asparagus with baked potato was amazing
restaurants and coffee, the restaurant in the hotel offered very affordable breakfasts and free room service if you wanted it

the breakfast was great.
hotel was clean, the parking lot was well lit at night, and it was obvious that the owners/workers care about the
plenty of parking.
no bread, bagels or muffins for breakfast.
oh, i almost forgot in the list of complaints, one night we were staying there, there was no parking spaces in the parking lot

upon leaving we saw the room service ladies and none with face masks
was dirty, not enough towls, no room service to clean, tub and sink was very dirty
7 days no room service
looked like trash, phone in the room didn t work also we stayed for 3 nights and not once did room service come to touch up the room when asked why they didn t come up i was told they don t
we did not have room service daily - which is totally ok for our long stay
