website said room service, but they no longer offered it

they stated that they offer a lounge/bar, restaurant, an room service

the option to order room service from the restaurant was definitely great as well and the beds were very comfortable

a restaurant, bar, marketplace, room service and deli all closed during the week not advertised that it s closed during the week

no access to room service

asked for room service and the 1st 2 days no one came so we decided to housekeep our own room

construction was not given any instructions tried to contact from desk no dial tone on phone no room service not even a sign to hang on door for room service no fresh towels there for four days

i did not get room service one of the days i stayed

on staff, there was no room service, no breakfast, the deli was nothing more than a little store with no place to sit

was disapointed in the room service and not getting extra towells or having it cleaned when we left to tour

room service was prompt and the food was fresh and delectable

water was brown, there was an ant problem in the bathroom and room service never cleaned my room

on a two night stay, no room service, no cups, soup bar in the bathroom

wish room service didn t knock so early. other than that, i have no complaints.

there is a restaurant and bar as you enter so after a long drive, it was nice not to have to leave hotel for dinner

loved the bar in the basement with live entertainment

i did leave pretty early but i had the only car in the parking lot and the entire hotel was

the room service on very prompt and efficient.

i stayed for 1 week and i was supposed to ask for room service

didn t get enough room service. cause of covid i need to ask and sometimes i ask they forget

and really sticky, 4 previous renters hair was left in shower, 5 abandoned stripped minivan in parking lot with car parts all over

there was a fight in the parking lot at 3am that exposed just how thin the walls are
