the ambiance! the staff! room service!!

they provided room service and the food was actually good

i had to go down to the restaurant to make a request for a room service

we loved staying at the hilton. the room was clean. my children enjoyed the pool

things: elevators located too far from handicapped parking entrance to hotel

difficult to get to parking lot with lots of construction in area.

was disappointed that there was only 1 handicapped parking space and it was around the corner from the door

breakfast was wonderful

also, breakfast included is always great

pool was very cold

the pool was closed but we did not stay long enough to use the facilities

misleading staff called a week in advanced and asked if they had an indoor pool

the rate we paid the pool should have been usable but it wasn't available yet

very pleasant and comfortable, plus agreat breakfast

and wonderful breakfast
