the room service breakfast was plentiful and tasty

great location, cookies were awesome. used room service twice and was good value

also, the restaurant staff could have served us food or been available for room service

the option to order room service from the restaurant was definitely great as well and the beds were very comfortable

after about a hour and a half we finally got someone from room service to come give us toilet paper and towels

construction was not given any instructions tried to contact from desk no dial tone on phone no room service not even a sign to hang on door for room service no fresh towels there for four days

i did not get room service one of the days i stayed

on staff, there was no room service, no breakfast, the deli was nothing more than a little store with no place to sit

asked for room service and the 1st 2 days no one came so we decided to housekeep our own room

time so i wanted to take a family picture using my phone timer and suddenly a young man of the room service staff was walking by and stoped to do what he was doing and offered to take our family

we were disappointed that room service was not available.
