no room service and the restaurant closed too early

we ordered room service in the early morning hours during a rain storm, the guy showed up, greeted with a

lack of timely room service.

room service didnt show up one day...

that great, but i managed to find something that i like and it was good and i have to say that room service was

staff is fabulous, rooms are luxurious but not pretentious, pool area feels like the hollywood glamour era

hard to get any sun at the pool due to building shades all the lounge chairs
