people gather in parking lot and when i went to my vehicle i was very uncomfortable, the room service put our towels outside she didn't even bring them in, we wasn't offered any extra

work and the air conditioner went out and they would not move us to another room they only had room service every three days we had to clean our rooms

pool was down due to the storm

did not want to explain that they just had not reached our room yet when we came back from doing laundry and noticed it wasn't cleaned

hate that they got on the website that they have breakfast and they don’t

maybe a little more on breakfast bar but it was sufficient.

i didn't make it to breakfast because the beds were so nice and cozy that i didn't want to let go

didn't have a chance to try the breakfast...bed was so comfy, i slept right through it.
