great location, nice pool, staff was very friendly

we did not know that we were getting a kitchen and the setup was amazing

breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpful in serving me

the free breakfast in the morning was delicious

my kids slept on a fold out sofa, we had to ask for bedding and extra towels

the shared kitchen lobby area was a plus for coffee, tea, water and snacks

fully appreciated the self-serve tea/espresso bar in lieu of the normal terrible coffee in the room

and unique furnishings coffee bar and clean water people that worked there were friendly and

we didn t use the kitchen but it was gorgeous

stayed 3 nights and only got room service once the whole stay, the first night we got back while they were cleaning and were

room service could be every day, we had clean towels nearly everyday but maybe a quick sweep and

room service was fine

of covid-19 there was no room service

wifi was really annoying

wifi was in and out and weak. placement of our luggage was limited.

i found the parking on the hill somewhat difficult

walls were thin, and wifi was very slow

however, it was not more than a 2 min drive, and there is ample parking
