everything but would have liked room service for breakfast

room service was wonderful room were fabulous

room was exquisite and room service was fast and delicious the casino was fun i won a little money

great room service! they brought us a fan and a extra pillow! very nice people!

at pool area and hot tub a little to hot but it was nice and clean and fun would be nice for room

the gym was good as was the pool and hot tub

love the pool and hot tub and comfy beds

the breakfast was wonderful.

no elevator!!! not good. walking in rain to breakfast, but okay.

the boys enjoyed the pool after a long day exploring pinecrest lake

bed, room, wifi, shower, bright lights in bedroom

we liked the fact the we had wifi

we did not end up using the provisions shop but the bar is really nice

restaurant and bar staff were amazing.

i also like that the new owner plans to reopen the restaurant and bar soon

the wifi was suspect at times.

cozy bar that belongs to the hotel

staff very friendly and wifi handy as there is little to no mobile signal

the restaurant was good and the bar had good drinks
