was told that there are to be absolutely no visitors yet there was never anywhere to park in the parking lot except way out by the end of the parking lot

when u ordered room service the amount on the bill there was additional charges and after giving a tip i noticed

i loved the room service too

i really appreciated being able to have room service

we weren't told that there wasn't room service for a two day stay
