a little under a hundred and i got two beds, bathroom, dining set, microwave, fridge, tv, wifi, and a location about 15 minutes from the boardwalk
they replaced the door knob relatively quickly. big tv. decent wifi. very quiet.

had its own entrance to the back side witch we used as a yard for kids to run outside n play the pool was clean and fun for the kids would most definitely stay
