did not use the pool spa or exercise area

was checking in via cell phone from the parking lot

limited parking

pool was closed. fitness room was very warm & could not locate a remote for the tv.

loitering in parking lot with loud music until 3:00am all the ice machines were turned off by management

lots to do, room service, friendly staff.

however called room service and they serviced our needs almost

room service did not refill all the towels if they took them

no bar or restaurant open and no room service like there use to be

room service
