it s close to several different restaurant choices and parking was not an issue

there were also people sitting in the parking lot, in front of all the room windows, who i don't believe were hotel guests

the 1st morning when we woke up, and staff was hanging out in the parking lot going to cars with people sitting in them

no room service because i stayed for 2 days

i think that a limited room service or small menu would have been appropriate as we had to eat chips from the vending

were not satisfied with room service since they didn t come and tidy up the room for our first day and they knocked on

they needed one be more person to do room service

staff was friendly, room service and food was great! room was clean and comfortable.

furthermore it was my wife s birthday so we decided to splurge and get some room service dessert which was a huge disappointment

the driver of the shuttle was great too

there is a bar and restaurant and every kind of snack and drink can be bought at the front desk

the parking lot was extremely icy.

comfortable beds, lovely pool and jacuzzi, also shuttle driver was extra helpful and gave us several lifts around

this is lucky as there are no restaurants on site, nor is there room service so you need to either go out to eat or be prepared and make use of the excellent

we fit 4 kids and 2 adults in a double queen suite no problem

the laundry room was just down the hall and it was easy to do a quick load

a ton of families with kids, very noisy early in the morning with doors shutting

they had laundry so we could do laundry, even late at night because it s away from the other rooms

breakfast has the same luxurious ambiance

shuttle service & drivers were great

loved that i could swim in the pool 24/7 and it was warm
