electrical outlet in the kitchenette area never worked

the facility states it is an extended stay hotel however with only a microwave in the kitchenette area i would anticipate that as problem for some

i appreciate the kitchen area and appliances. great location and friendly staff.

,and there's a domino's pizza, a laundry mat,even though there is a washer/dryer at the motels location,a few eating places,and

the room seemed newly remodeled with a kitchenette and nice tv.

the room service was exceptional.

asked about room service and was told we shouldn't need it because our room shouldn't be trashed already

check in and the fact they have laundry service and room service exceeded my expectations of a 2 star hotel

staffs are enthusiastic and the room service is good. very close to baylor, only 5 mins drive.

was wonderful, very nice breakfast and the staff very friendly and helpful

also told staff that brought us desert to make sure the room service staff knew we had ordered for two

indoor pool

quiet! pool, and breakfast.

we needed an indoor pool for little kids to enjoy and it was ice cold! why isn’t it heated?

everything above, well lit parking, nice breakfast and breakfast area, clean fresh quiet room.

the kids had a great time swimming in the pool

i did not request room service but the housekeepers were very helpful with supplying small items when i needed them
