no room service

the room service was delicious at great value

wanted to get some room service but i think the restaurant was very busy and overwhelmed that night

room service was prompt and helpful

bar was closed, no restaurant, no room service we had to go out to grab dinner

was no handicap parking in front and only 5-6 parking spots in front

fitness room was weak. desk in room was cramped to the bed.

hotel offer great amenities such as complimentary breakfast, free internet, free parking

clean and very comfortable beds. nice breakfast

room key would not unlock the outside door near the parking lot so we had to go through the lobby each time to reach our room

indoor pool and free breakfast was a plus

pool, gym, hot and cold breakfast

also gym was not open due to covid restrictions

the lovely woman supervising breakfast looked at labels for me to determine what i could eat

dark on the way in to parking. a little confusing.

everything about it was perfect; the food was outstanding, the spa was tranquil and treatments fantastic and the property itself was awe inspiring

i thought the spa would be much larger

pool is perfect, restaurant delicious, staff courteous and delightful

spa facilities and immensely dog-friendly

the wifi got about 500 kb/s

manager/owner seemed miffed my wife rang bell in office at 9pm for wifi password.

was in an annex 50 yards from main motel, on a 2nd floor over a liquor store, no wifi

do stay outside until the alarm is off plus the people across from me were loud and when i asked room service to clean my room more then once it was that clean looks like they just make my bed and

a room service tray was left outside a guest room for two days without being picked up

it wasn t clean no room service but it said on the paper it was room service false adrrstment

the only downside is that it was no room service due to covid19

however, getting to the rooms requires parking around the side on a crumbling & unsafe lot, then walking through a closed, canopied

bed was comfortable and free wifi was nice

there were unsavory characters hanging in parking lot and on stairs

was very uncomfortable no staff just front desk and after 8pm noone is around room very molly parking area no security

there weren't blanket no connection to wifi

parking was problematic.

tbe wifi only worked one night

wifi signal is a bit weak, it does work but was a bit slow.

you have to troll around a bit to find parking

parking was scarce.
