a good pool

the pool had absolutely too much chlorine, but the kids still enjoyed the swim.

very friendly staff, room was clean, great water pressure. free parking on-site.

staff using zero etiquette to ask me to park on the street because of no bus/truck parking

breakfast was good. room was clean.

brilliant staff, fabulous pool and gym, everything so clean and well equipped, lovely coffee always available at reception,

breakfast area and pool were great also

experience was ok, was no early check in so i had to wait a hour for my room

the view. my window was behind the front covered parking/curb side area.

parking was adequate and convenient, right up front & well lit

we felt comfortable and noted the cleaniness of the room. room service was excellent.

i didn t like is the fact due to covid-19 ud83dude44ud83dude44we didn t get room service at all

have toilet paper nor tissue paper when we got there and tried calling room service twice and no answer went downstairs and asked for it and receptionist gave us one

only thing i would point out is that room service is not automatic

the breakfast was wacky and the shower curtain smelled like mildew

clean spacious rooms, friendly helpful staff, the laundry facilities and the price and overall cozy feeling of this home away from home feeling

the spa room price was too high for the experience. i won t do that again

room service lady was very nice, however the other two were rather rude

the staff was excellent from check in to room service very pleasant and accommodating

room attended knocked on door three different times after requesting at front desk not, for no room service

the room service didn t even sleep english, when we left for work, i called the front desk and they

too little parking!

also the room service was nice

doors & windows open onto parking lot with ancient locks

the bar bistro could have been open alittle later

they did not have the bar open due to no staff

particularly like that this hotel has a small restaurant and bar on site.

they had soccer tournaments for the whole weekend, and it was very disappointing to see that the pool was not working, no water filled in the pool, completely closed

the water in the indoor pool was not heated

there were not enough towels and wash cloths, nor any pool towels

pool was broke

great location and awesome family like staff. no hesitation to help. love the pool area.

and to top it all of we didn t even get room service to fresh our room

* not enough parking . * missing usb plug in beside bed, look to have been damaged

tha pool water was too warm to cool off!

also, when i got there was when i was told that there is a $15/day pet fee

wifi didn't work

room/bed good and clean. had to ask for receipt and asked for wifi code it was not provided.
