room service was okay (7/10) (-) there is no room service to change towels or remove trash from the rooms the pool vinyl is pretty dirty the (-)staff was not that courteous and no room service (-)room service - covid appears to be an excuse really for not servicing rooms as it does not spread (+) given the covid lockdowns, we didn't get room service which is understandable (-)water pressure was very low , the wifiin the room was terrible ,, room service did not come till 330 , but she was nice , the gym was very (-) i booked this place because it was a resort thinking they would have things for sale and/or room service and for once i can avoid lugging everything under the sun (-) room cleanness is not that much, wall paper is out in some areas, no room service despite we stayed their for 2 nights, and there was a black ants in
