room service excellent as well

was no phone available in the room making it difficult to order room service or communicate with the front desk

no room service even though it was promised generally run down facilities

pool and waterpark are in need of a cleaning and pool had broken tiles on the bottom

the balcony was very nice and it overlooked the lake and mini-golf course

honking horns in parking lot also at same time

i think the breakfast was late being put

breakfast was fantastic with assorted varity for everybody and the location is great with fast food

wifi very, very slow

did not have breakfast available, did not provide wifi password, did not have pool towels

towels at the swimming pool the basket for towels were empty

swimming pool and giant hot tub and all the arcades and the volleyball court and basketball court is really

clean, nice beds, great pool area

had a pool view room, it was great for the kids we could see when it was to busy to down and when it was the not busy and was a great time to

kids had a great time

very friendly staff and the bar made some excellent margaritas

pool area and was nice but very outdated needs to be updated and it would be nice if there was a bar out there like the one in

my kids enjoyed the pool area with all the extra activities.
