the ambiance! the staff! room service!!

they provided room service and the food was actually good

i had to go down to the restaurant to make a request for a room service

we loved staying at the hilton. the room was clean. my children enjoyed the pool

things: elevators located too far from handicapped parking entrance to hotel

noisy... construction one night in the parking lot when i was trying to sleep

the breakfast was good no complaints

no laundry detergent for my clothes.

the lady at the front desk is so sweet, the hotel and the room was clean, they had a nice little breakfast set up, nothing fancy but fit my needs

the jacuzzi and sauna were not operating properly, but we still enjoyed the indoor pool.
