by the time i arrived the room service was closed, dominoes stopped delivering being overwhelmed but a hotel employee stepped
we ordered room service & the food was cold & not very good.
she advised us that due to a shortage of employee help, we would not get any room service on that day
only on odd floors, their convince shop in the lobby closes pretty early so all you can do is room service or their restaurant

the staff was kind and check-in went smooth. our kids enjoyed the indoor pool in the winter.

the blinds into the parking lot where our kids slept were broken and would not go down

my room was nice comfortable and clean well and the breakfast was on point everyday i went
my girlfriend and i were extremely impressed with the cleanliness, staff, breakfast, the whole thing
we ended up having to also park next door because the hotel ran out of parking
