didn t have wifi like they said

wifi didnt work

the wifi was bad, the beds are uncomfortable and the sheets were stained

wifi both days i was at the hotel and no one at the front desk to checkout at 6:15am called and

no wifi as advertised .

no more room service :( thanks covid! (+)i loved that the hotel had room service.. big plus for even your are traveling. (-)checked in pretty late around midnight, was pretty hungry and wanted to order room service but there was none (-) then no policies were posted regarding no room service to clean the room (-) the room service breakfast was un-eatable

com, we did not get the contential breakfast so we gave someone else our business for breakfast

was fantastic,bed very comfortable, room very clean, bar opened at 5pm, grill food was great

the pool was closed, it would have been nice to know that before booking.

dirt build up on all baseboards, kitchen was lacking in what was needed to cook a meal, the air was smelly, had serious concerns of

friendly staff, nice pool, good breakfast, clean rooms, had everything you needed available.

hotel has many amenities, free breakfast, gym, outdoor pool, small appliance loaner and nearby restaurants

it had a kitchenette - convenient

took 30 minutes to find the staff sitting by the pool with construction workers hanging out drinking

terrible in-room coffee; lobby coffee bar not open during holiday

pool and courtyard were nice

parking lot was almost taken up by storage containers for construction

the pool was not in operation

hotel advertised room service, but could only be ordered

room service did not picked up calls made to them

main thing, however, was i expected to use the outdoor pool and it turned out that it was out of service

drove over 5 hours and were told the pool was closed

noticed the back gate by the pool was always open and the back door to the pool area was sometimes propped open

biggest disappointment was the pool

pool was closed indefinitely, but this was not advertised when booking
