didn't know that we had to say we want room service when we made reservations

to covid we didn't get room service during our stay

room service. clean towels, soap, trash removal and sweeping.did not happen without request.

enjoyed all aspects of our stay with one exception, room service

my husbands drink from room service had a dead fly in it

concern i had was the room next to me had its room service dirty dishes out on the floor over night

one coffee packet in the room, coffe shop closed all day, room service could not provide a pot of coffee

finally room service the next day cleaned it properly

also, the food from room service was not very good at all

the room was beautiful and breakfast was delicious even though we are not vegan

the room was gorgeous, the vegan breakfast delicious and the staff friendly.

the property itself has a lot of character. the owner was so great. breakfast was wonderful.

location, the house, the decor, the breakfast all top notch and reasons to come back to wilmington for another visit

bar was a little difficult to navigate when several people were getting food at one time, due to
