friendly reception and room service

pool was to cold to swim in

guest laundry was difficult to find, and accessed from outside the building

easy to get to, clean and comfortable, with a heated pool.

the hotel has a decently large pool that even works for swimming laps, free breakfast, fitness center, and clean rooms

great breakfast included, waffle maker, cereal, toast, fruit, juice, coffee, milk, not many proteins, no

wifi was great

breakfast was great also

very friendly service and very clean lobby and breakfast room

i also liked the parking place for a veteran

pool was dirty there was toilet paper or something all over the bottom of the pool

hot water, ice machines were broke, key card would not work, the pool was disgusting you talk about covid maybe clean it

breakfast was very basic and had to eat in the room. pool was closed due to weather.

they have a cafe that does room service, it looked like pretty good indian food although i didn't try it

it was dirty specially the coffee machine it was so nasty , wifi never work in the room, houskeeping didn't clean up our rooms

laundry is on the pricier side ($2 a load) (+) newer carpets and furniture, upscale stone lined bathroom, new machines in laundry room on property, , good linens & bed, accommodating staff, room nicely appointed (+) laundry and ice machine available (+) laundry is available (-)laundry area could use some tlc (-)laundry machine didnt work, bathroom was dirty (-)very shabby, body wash dispenser was empty, laundry room filthy. after typing in (-)bearable), rude front desk staff with a scary dog, no coffee/breakfast available at 7am, filthy laundry room with a dryer i had to run twice

easy access to room from parking area,comfortable bed, unique shower head, nice continental breakfast

if i had to pick one thing... the parking is maybe a little tight, but not bad.
