going on but i did not hear any of it i did not like that it may be 5 days before you receive room service but i requested 2 days for housekeeping and it was done well i chose the hotel because

being done on the hotel ,pool closed , no bar , room service, & the shower didn't work &

room service was timely but the food was horrible

staff, restaurant and room service is top notch

heated pool wasn't working properly during our stay so we couldn't use it
