since it s an extended stay hotel - there is a kitchenette provided

everything. a kitchen didn t have to go to the store or laundry

were in the room next to the laundry room we did hear knocking sounds on the wall just assumed it was from the laundry room

room, workers,,price got better,pet friendly, free laundry service, ac,cupboard-pantry,pool

fitness center, free coffee, were all better than i expected

only thing i could suggest for improvement would be assigned parking spots outside the rooms so you don't have to park far away from your room

in showers are a plus, the breakfast bar is always full delicious and healthy options, and very clean as well

were drinking outside our room in the parking lot all night

parking was difficult & not enough spaces near the room

also parking situation isn t the best but hey ihop is right next door so it balances out i guess

the lack of porterage and room service

had things out of the ordinary so no room service but we weren t expecting things to be up and running as usual so we made the best

the open pool/hot tub was great

no changing area at pool.

kitchen and bar area were low on items so there was a lot of substituting away from menu items and bar supply

from the views, to the room service, to the small (somewhat hidden) gift shop in the lobby (-) the refrigerator was very small and also there was no room service (something to do with covid) (+) and the room service food was better than anything we could have went out and bought (+)love breakfast room service (-)room service was prompt and delicious however, they took the menu card from our door and did not (-)no abc network and room service was impossible to get (-)there was no room service available and no menu/qr code to scan in the room (+)the room service was amazing! the room was clean and the bed comfortable! (-)room service was quick and the server pleasant (-)price of food for room service. need more space for pet walking (-)room i found 1 spider and 1 cockroach the room service trays were not picked up every day, they were just sitting there on the hall
