room service was not available because of a private event.

was disappointed not to be able to call for room service on friday morning around 10:30 because i was working so hard on my computer in my room

expensive pet fee. gym very small and equipment limited.

but beyond that there were several large groups of kids running up and down the halls

that it wasn't made known that the pool was closed before booking.

last but not least there is a restaurant in the hotel the staff told us we could order room service or take out so when we called placed a order was told it would be done with 25/30 min
