room service didn't clean the room beside we were staying for the weekend and they only work

room service only stopped by once for towel and after we had to go downstairs to get out own

had no room service for the weekend things in my room needed to be fix although the maintenance came but

pool facilities were not up to par. small pool not circulating water.

my bed was comfortable, kids had their own space.
