was excellent breakfast, evening meal, chilled atmosphere attentive owners and waitress room was light and airy

the food was delicious, there was parking and high tea on arrival

room was really fun for our kids (there is room on the grounds for this), mini/ crazy golf would go a long way, especially for kids (-) the upstairs single beds were very squeaky to the point our kids put the mattresses on the floor to sleep (-)tired more like hammocks we had a family in the suite above us, you could hear all the noises, kids running and screaming etc etc (-)or bathing, again not communicated to us on arrival, we were lucky this didn't fall on the kids as we had to prop this up to stop it falling down
