room service (towels&cleaning) were not (-) during our honeymoon, we were offered breakfast in our room, which was a unique offering as room service is not typically available (-)ended up in covid quarantine for 5 days and they brought 3 meals a day to my room but there is no room service and they just dish up a plate of their choosing off the buffet (+) no room service, buffet was mediocre, and couldn't get reservations for for any of the on-site

pool area was lovely with a friendly and social atmosphere

the gym was nice, and we enjoyed playing pickleball

its so far away from the uk, the one thing i would like to see is no smoking signs round the pool, even the life guard was funny and he knew exactly when you had to get out the pool if a storm

the pool and hot tub close at like 6 which sucks when you're on vacation

were placed in a room not far from a weekend pool party

the music that was played by the pool at night was too loud
