was very uncomfortable, the sink plug would not let the water out, the hot tub was broken, the pool was ok

felt a bit outdated, the family member i was was upset at the pool being closed, which wasn't mentioned when i booked

the hottub was out of order, the pool was too cold, and there wasn t a hot breakfast.

they didnt inform that pool was unavailable before i booked and paid for it and now they refuse to refund me and lied

that the pool was a option even tho we didn't have time to use it

wifi sucked, toilet didn't flush had to fix that myself, shower was awful, used bar of soap in what

was very friendly and helpful; wifi was excellent; tv was very good; overall it was quiet and comfortable and great value for the

desk clerk gave us the wrong wifi password
